WTB: Cheap AGP/PCI video card for PC

I'm trying to diagnose a problem on a distressed computer, and it turns out that either something is wrong with the video card or the motherboard. I would like to pick up a cheap video card (ideally, something free or almost free plus shipping/paypal costs) to see if this might fix it and hopefully last for another few months before I am able to get a new PC and jump to PCI express. Either PCI or AGP would be fine, but hopefully enough to push windows XP.
