Heatsink touches the cdrom, you can get arround this by getting a slotload cdrom and moving the motherboard down about 1/2" or get an external cdrom...

How many pins on the power supply?

The reason I'm asking is because AGP and Gigabit boards use different power supplies and Gigabit boards are much easier to find...
