I want to buy the new 17" so I am selling my PowerBook.

Read more about it here:
http://www.apple.com/powerbook/index15.html

The laptop itself is in NEW condition, there is no damage anywhere and everything works perfectly. The comptuer is not even a month old and there is still Apple Care!!

Here are some specs on the comptuer:
15" Aluminum Powerbook
1.25ghz G4
512mb 333mhz DDR (256x2)
Superdrive (DVDR/CDRW)
80GB harddrive
built in bluetooth
firewire
USB 2.0
gigabit ethernet
etc.
OSX Panther 10.3 preloaded

any other questions ask?

I have the new Office PROFESSIONAL for OSX I can bundle too. Legitmiate, no pirated software, this means box, manuals, and original DVDs. LMK if interested, will let go at for a resonable price.

Again, this is PERFECT. I am asking $2,600 SHIPPED/INSURED/TRACKED. If you were to buy in a store, something like:

$2600 CPU + $140 panther + $260 tax = $3000!!!

reasonable? save the money now!

I have one question...If Panther comes pre-loaded, Why are you adding the charge of $140? Panther is (or should be) included in the price of $2,600.

If you will note that the 2,600 + 140 + etc. is what the "store price" would be.

He is showing a comparison of what you would pay versus what he wants to get.

nutzoids is saying that if you went to the apple store today panther would be preinstalled so that should not be factored in the math when calculating what it might cost in the store

Well then it was my mistake. I would like to apologize for my rude behavior. I am sorry!

"reasonable? save the money now!"...

Used computer... good luck...

This is the retail price for this machine, let alone any discounts one might find by shopping around or buying from the education or government Apple store.

Not everybody works for the government or gets an educational discount.

If you want to buy it new, you'll pay more for tax. This is brand new. Even without
Panther you save ~$200.00.

If I don't have any interest I'm going to eBay it.

Didn't know Panther was included with new Apples. Thanks.

eBay is a hassle though.

$2300 shipped.
