possible to convert USB?

i was wondering if its possible to convert the USB 1.1 on a ibook g3 to USB 2.0.

Unless it's the latest version, almost certainly not, and even then it's unlikely. The only one I know of for sure which could be switched was the first MDD G4. Before that, it's impossible, and beyond that, it's already 2.0.
