Pricewatch = Pentium 4 3 GHZ 800 FSB with Hyperthreading and MOBO for 400, Ram doesnt cost 600 dollars? =)
Edit:
Not only is your price BLOATED as hell, but i just built a custom PC here (http://www.smksuperstore.com/404.asp?404;http://www.smksuperstore.com/8074/viewitem.htm) with Pentium 4 3 GHz 800 FSB, 1 GB Ram, Abit IS7E (AGP8x-PC3200-LAN- w/Serial ATA), ThermalTake fan, 550 watt ATX case with side window, 2 Fans, and 1028 MB PC3200 Dual Channel DDR ram for 675.04 Thats with 1 Year warranty might I add
So Please, try to make more of a fool outta yourself.
BTW. G3 iBooks from Apple.com DO NOT include Panther. Do your research before trying to bash someones deal. Thanks.

Panther is included in all new Apples (as well as my price)..
QT pro is what $29? are you including the serial #?
....
My prices are from www.jncs.com a common supplier of boards and ram. Not a fly by night pricewatch.com company... And you asked for an Intel 3.2 not a 3.0
I was merely stating your are asking for a $2000 machine.

I also said to use it as your guideline so you get an Idea of what i am looking for, not to get the exact computer that I stated. If you are not interested then please do not bash it, thanks.
I also changed the specs of the computer I'd like, so please, make sure to look at it again..

I just have to say...you don't have a hope in hell of getting a PC anywhere near that spec in a trade for a 800MHz G3 iBook, you're dreaming if you think you will...

I also forgot to add the case & power supply, which is approx. another $100...
....Going from a 3.2 -3.0 Ghz P4 will shave about $150-$200 off the price....thats a good difference, but this is still a top of the line system, so its still gonna have a top of the line price....
Considering how mis-matched this offer is, and the fact that you are treating the people in this forum like *****, you might as well just go to eBay and get what you can there for your iBook....and check out the Athlon XP's........
