i'm a smart kid on average and we have a 24 inch iMac that runs with leopard. so my dad decided to block myspace on our computer so that if you are a part of our network you cannot access it. which includes iPhones. i wanted to get back on myspace to talk to my friends during the summer. so my dad said if i can figure out how to unblock myspace he will let me use it. so i need some help.

1st: he told me he did something with the code. (i do have my CIW founders certification but i don't really understand what "code" he is talking about)

2nd: when i attempt to access www.myspace.com i receive this message:
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.myspace.com/”. The error was: “Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 302.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:302) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

3rd: i get a similar message when i try to access anything to do with myspace including google.

so if anyone wants to help me out i would love it. thank you!

well, you could download FireFox, Tor, and Vidalia.
The tor is a plug-in for firefox that lets you use Vidalia. Vidalia then uses other people's internet connections to connect to the internet.

This web page (http://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-osx.html.en) explains it better.

Good luck

Speaking as a Dad --

No.

You want access, then negotiate with him like an adult, such as a certain number of hours in exchange for some chores, or academic accomplishments. Don't hack around him. That will lower your trust level with him immensely. Believe me, that will come back to haunt you when you ask for driving privileges.
