Ok not sure whats up, but my Handspring Visor which used to sync no problem using the Palm v4.0 software will not hotsync - it does not even connect via USB - its like its not there.

I tried using iSync - no luck either.

OSX 10.2.8, dual 1gig mirror door. lots of ram.

Bob,

Don't take this the wrong way but if I were you, it's time to retire the Handspring Visor! The new PDA's are about as exciting as the new laptops and there are so many choices out there, in color even. Just got my Handspring Treo 600 and I can't believe what these things do, and cannot do.

I have a Clie with Palm 4.1 and that sync well with Palm in 10.2.8
1.Try to update to 4.1
2. If your visor is working for your needs, keep it:)

HEY, I still have and use when on the road - a powerbook 160, & my centris 650 works fine for my mom's emails - and I'd love to spring for a new PDA/Phone/Camera/MP3 PLAYER - but that does not exist yet (right?)

Anyway, I've tried 4.1, still no luck

Thanks for the replies.

Actually, it does exist. And from what I hear, it's a very good one, too.

I have the Treo 300 and love it, but the 600 is positively droolworthy...;)

Sorry for going off topic there... I don't really have any idea how to fix your problem with sync, but the folks at www.visorcentral.com would probably help you out.
