Somewhat strapped for cash but looking for these items.
Here is the drive (I think this is the only one of its type made?).

1x1GB Ram just needs to work in a Powerbook G4.
Also looking for the LCD backing (part with the apple on it) for a Powerbook G4. Must be in MINT or near Mint condition.

Didn't know they made pata drives that big but this is the cheapest that I found them on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-WESTERN-WD2500AVJB-250GB-Pata-7200-Rpm-3-5IN_W0QQitemZ160248660596QQihZ006QQcategoryZ162QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q 2em118Q2el1247). Not bad for around $80 shipped new.

Are you putting the PATA into a 12" powerbook?

You're going to need to specify which PowerBook G4 15" (the speed)
Regular PC2700 SODIMMs do not work in the 1.0 and 1.25 GHz Aluminum models.
