thats a pretty good price actually, newegg wants 109 for the same drive

Didn't know they made pata drives that big but this is the cheapest that I found them on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-WESTERN-WD2500AVJB-250GB-Pata-7200-Rpm-3-5IN_W0QQitemZ160248660596QQihZ006QQcategoryZ162QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q 2em118Q2el1247). Not bad for around $80 shipped new.

You're going to need to specify which PowerBook G4 15" (the speed)
Regular PC2700 SODIMMs do not work in the 1.0 and 1.25 GHz Aluminum models.
