Right, so after buying a G4, my Wallstreet II sort of fell by the wayside. I'm selling it just to help pay for the G4, so I'm not all too picky about the price. Admittedly, I'd *really* like to see this machine go for $350.00, but EBay definitely throws the wrench into the works when it comes to asking for a fair, moderate price. I'm totally on for negotiation, though.

Anyway, onto the stats:

Proc: 266 mhz G3
Mem: 128 SD
LCD: No cracks, whitespots, or scratches
Case: A few marks on the top of the chasis, but nothing highly noticeable.
Keyboard, Trackpad, Nav. Buttons: Flawless
HDD: 8 gigs
( Note: I can't get rid of my OS9 disk, but I'll put a clean install of 9.1 on the machine. Also, if a partition is requested for dual-booting, I can accomodate.)

This machine can technically handle OSX, since it has a 1 Mb cache, though I wouldn't recommend it without more ram. It'd probably drag. If you have any other questions, message me, mail me, whatever. If this doesn't go soon, I'll have to put it up for the discretion of bidders, which I'd clearly rather not.

Thanks for looking, and happy hacking. Also, pictures are available. Please contact me before hand.

Dude, you either sell it with OS9 and the CDs or sell it with no OS at all. Installing OS and keeping the CDs is illegal (read the licence).

Also, OS X is *not* supported on Wallstreet/Lombard PBooks IIRC. (it's actually a PDQ, the codename for a "Wallstreet 2").

You should mention it's got a 14" screen which will give it an edge when compared to an iBook

Understood. I purchased the 'Book from a professor at M.I.T., who sold it with the operating system and no discs. Whatever, OS or no OS, just let me know (since the sale seems to depend on it).
