advices would be wonderful from Mac users who has ADSL connection, or used ADSL modems.. I'm looking for a product which is PC and Mac compatible..

Well, mostly you get the model free with the service.

I have a 2wire modem. It has a built in router, which is nice. Whatever modem you end up buying, just make sure it has ethernet. That way, you can expand your network as much as you want. Most do have ethernet, but some are USB-only, and those are no good :(.

I always recommend Dynalink, but I'm not sure whether they're available outside of Australia/NZ.

If you can, get a modem with a built in router, some even have wireless routers built in if you want to go that route. Its always nice to have one device do the work of two.
