This phone has been used for about two months but it's time to move on to something better...

Phone is in very good condition. As far as I can tell, there is only one imperfection on the screen which is a small scratch in the lower right that can be seen in the last photo.

eBay leads me to believe this goes for somewhere in the $200 range so feel free to make an offer via PM.

Sorry for the delay, to answer the questions:

1. You don't have to get a data plan with the phone. Just pop in your sim card and you're set.

2. This CAN be unlocked by various means however it will not come unlocked.

3. Yes, it is still for sale.
