Ownership. The Marketplace is for personal sales/trades of items owned by the members involved. You may not buy, sell, or trade on behalf of others. You must be in physical possession of any items offered for sale at the time they are offered.

That said, the item is currently listed as a "feeler" - I guess the seller is trying to gauge interest and value of said item.
