Buying RAM for my new G5

I am buying more ram for my Dual 2.0Ghz G5. Does it have to be 2.5 cl or 3 cl? What does it need to be spec wise?Anyone recommend a certain brand or type? Any help would be great!

I got 2 512MB sticks from Crucial.com. They work great in my dualie and cost roughly $180 or so total.

Either 2.5 or 3.0 will work fine. The former is supposed to be faster. I have mixed latency mem in my machine, it works fine.
