just curious to see if anyone had heard anything about the ipod getting support for aac once quicktime 6 and mpeg 4 and all that is straightened out?

though it would be a pain to do, it would be nice to have my songs even smaller and better quality and thus fit more on the pod....

i'd guess this would require another firmware update of some sort. eh hosers?

well whatever floats your boat friend.

as for aac... im making the assumption there will be some sort of iTunes/iPod update that will make this possible, but can honestly say i dont know. Just seems reasonable that apple will support tech they have been pushing so hard in the software and hardware they sell.
