View Full Version : My feet have fallen off!!!

All the feet on my Powerbook have fallen off except for the Bettery one because I just got a new batt.

does anyone know how I get new ones??? I found a guide on Apples website about sticking them on.

if I called apple, will they send me out a new set or will I have to send them back the computer?

Yup, if you are near an Apple Store they will replace them for you. I had one fall off and just went in and told them what happened. They just went in back and gave me one. Simple!

they might, its worth a try, they might charge you shipping, but they are generally rather nice about things like this.

I called the Apple Education number, and they sent me new feet for my iBook free of charge (no shipping either) and I got them within 2 days.

I have gotten them both ways called apple care sent the to me and then took to apple store and both for free to replace footpads
