(Okay before I start, I've been around long enough to expect some rolling eyes/reprimanding, but this is a sincere question...)

With his explicit permission, I recently reformatted my iPod and synced it to my best friend's iTunes music library. I have iPodRip, but of course the music is DRM protected (or whatnot) and iTunes won't play them.

Is there any "way" to possibly import his music from my iPod onto my iTunes library without having to authorize my computer, or is this impossible? Honestly, a sincere question, and I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

No offence intended, and note taken! (Though I did not appreciate the tone in your first sentence).
