The Thread for Non Liars about buying their iPhone

A recent noob member oban14 started a thread about how he told people he waited in line starting at midnight on the 11th and he actually just ordered the phone and got it a few days later. He thinks that it impresses people that he waited in line all night and that chicks dig him for that. His thread has received so many negative replies that he is actually blocking people from leaving comments if you left a negative one. I think its a shame that people actually think they are cool for lying about phones etc. He makes no sense what so ever and a majority of us think he is just a kid because he also claims to have 08 Mac pro 8600 GT 10GB ram and won't prove that he does. When he is replying back to people who actually stood in line on the 11th to get their phones he calls them a liar and wants them to send him a photo of their receipt which he said it would be photoshopped.

This new iPhone is great product and I love Apple. Always have. They have had a few bumps here and there but sooner or later they always make up for it by making something we love to use. It is just a shame that people like oban14 has to lie about something to what he thinks makes him look cool when all it does is embarrass him and damages his reputation.

So, why feed the troll and create a whole thread about him? Don't give him the attention he apparently wants.

And FWIW, I prefer knowing that I was only in line for 2.5 hours on launch day as was out the door, iPhone 3G in hand, at 8:30am. Then went home to my chick. Who digs me for not spending the whole day in line. :D

6) I love my family and friends, but not Apple. I like some of their products. You should seek help if you truly feel love towards a corporation.
