Ive been looking into the law of attraction popularized by The Secret. At first I doubted its existence. But after a while of experimentation I saw that its very logical that it exists. Now I havent really found a good way to take advantage of it. Im posting this cause i want to know how many people believe or use this. And if any of you have any good tips or sources for it?

hijacking the terminology of modern science without understanding the underlying concepts or employing any of the intellectual rigour intrinsic to scientific inquiry.

I don't think it's a secret at all... it's just common sense. People are happier when they aren't self-obsessed. Do things for others. Be optimistic.
but to answer your question, I've never heard of it.

LOL.
I guess it's a secret until you know what it is, then it's just common sense. :)

Just my opinion... The Secret is simply one in a long line of self-help books (and movie) that serve one purpose... making money for the author.

If it is just "common sense," then I can be sure that the majority of the people don't have it.

Does the world really need another New Age money grabbing waste of time? If the answer is yes, you deserved to waste your money and/or time by watching this stuff.

Big money is found by three ways:
1. Amway
2. Self help books
3. Gigolos
Seriously, though - it's amazing how quickly so many self help books go out of the date.

The Secret is very real. It does some wonders for me and it actually does work.

I do agree that the secret is a kind of new age waste of money type of thing. but that does not mean that the actual concept is fake. I think they use to much sensationalism in it and dont really explain it well. but after studying ti further and getting some advice from a friend who believes it without ever reading or seeing the secret i kinda learned it.

I'm focussing my mind this thread being deleted. I'll report back if the law of attraction works.

If it works, we won't be here for the report ;)

You can't learn something that isn't real.
Tomorrow, I'm going to go learn unicorns. And Faeries! Not to be confused with fairies. Totally seperate.
Quick, let's tell the inhabitants of Darfur that if they think happy thoughts, their magic brainwaves will stop attracting their utter subjugation. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on a sexual bender because I can't catch AIDS if I don't think about it. Woohoo!

Yeah, I don't think it's a secret. However, people do need a reminder at times.
But I'm sure that renaming it The Reminder™ wouldn't make it as marketable. ;)
