It probably has something to do with the fact that the iPhone is not available in Israel?
Doesn't seem to have an expected release date.

PS.
Posting in ALL CAPS is considered bad manners and doesn't get your point across any more forcibly — on the contrary… ;)

This complaint reminds me very much of a story from back in 1995 or so, when Windows 95 was being released. It was being released all over the world in tons of languages, but not in Icelandic... and so some official in Iceland called Microsoft to see what could be done about it. Microsoft said no, there would not be an Icelandic-language version of Windows 95, for two very important reasons:

1. There are only about 350,000 people in Iceland, and roughly that many Icelandic speakers in the entire world. There are plenty of other languages that would be higher priority just on that basis.

2. EVERYONE in Iceland knows English.

The lesson here is that the less-prevalent your language is, the longer you will have to wait for support for it... and if your language's speakers also happen to be fluent in other, more popular languages, you may be forced to use a lingua franca such as English.

clearly, from his post, the OP's grasp of english is not enough to use the english version.
