Did I miss something? I don't get what's the difference. Does this Google search engine only search for Mac stuff or something?

Yep. The Google Mac page only delivers results from a preselected group of pages determined to be pertinent to the Macintosh. It's a REALLY useful page, IMHO. I use it regularly to find info for my Cube, and I can safely say that it;s been a productivity boom.

Ahh, okay! Thanks. Google's page designs are SO nice and simple they sometimes forget the really important stuff, like a description!! ;)

That isn't too bad for a search engine. I absolutely approve. It has links to SmallDog, which must mean that this does extensive searching.
Usually, I am not a big fan of Google, unless I need a translation. But I definately like this engine. That is way better than what I have tried for Apple products:
Altavista
Direct Hit
Megaspider
HotBot
Lycos
206.132.12.5 (Went down in 2000, was my #1 search engine)
DirecTV Satellite (no interactive channels for Apple products!)

I am pretty sure that this is old news...
But since the topic is being brought up again and nobody seems to care or notice that it is really old news, it then becomes new news. Think about it. :)
