According to MacNN, the DSS Name Convoluter (http://www.desisoftsystems.com/products/dss-name-convoluter/DSS_Name_Convoluter.sit) creates your own Jedi name based upon your First Name, Last Name, Mother's Maiden Name, and City of Birth, the same method reportedly used by Lucas.
