Er, no...the "I Am Rich" app claimed nothing of the sort. And it's not available anymore anyway.

1. Fix your grammar.
2. It's not a scam. Everyone was told exactly what the app contained. You didn't have to press "Buy Now".
3. It's been taken off the App Store. About a week ago. Try again later.
