Can I use this monitor as a tv and for my computer?

Anyone know if the ViewSonic VX900 can be used as a tv? From the looks of it, I could connect it to a VCR and it would work fine with RCA cables. would it also, be possible to connect a cable line directly into it? I'd like to not have to have a tv and vcr any more if possible.
