Hi,

I have a digital camera, canon g1, that can shoot 30 second avi clips. I am wondering how I can edit these clips with imovie. I assume I should use a converter of some sort. I searched on google, but the only thing I could find is called, DIvosX tool. It does not let met open the avi's to convert them though.

thanks

Depending on what kind of AVI it is, QuickTime *may* (and I use that term very loosely!) open up the AVI so you can convert it to a quicktime movie, or iMovie may already do that anyway. Since I don't have a digital cam that can shoot movie clips, I can't tell you for sure.

quicktime already opens up the videos.

How do I convert them in quicktime?

Not if you don't have QT Pro, or a pirated serial number, and yes it is.

Yes, I was assuming you have QT Pro. If not... you should. :D
