Wow, I was just going to post about how cool that would be if Apple really did something like that, but then I checked the link that was just posted (probably as I was typing this). Oh well. Not much of a let down, though, since I don't even have a TV.

I couldn't believe that Apple would have done something like this, though, merely because of the name. Does anyone here honestly think that Apple would call one of its products i2DVDBox? That's a TERRIBLE name. Hrmm...I also can't believe that ZDNet just ASSUMED that Apple was making this product. I bet both Lafayette and Apple are upset about this.

btw... just thought I'd draw attention to the fact that I found the home page for this soon to be failed internet appliance in about 2 minutes.

So apparently i am using a different internet than macosrumors who thought there was enough merit behind this to post it on their site.

Just thought that was funny.
