First, you're missing a poll. Online polls are mildly stupid (less stupid than your first post), but an online poll without a poll is a step above the rest.
Second, wtf is your point?

With your assurance that this is not a Fibbie-sponsored post, and granted it is dramatically similar to another post (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=359495), I will say that yes I have done so on prior occasions. Legal and of questionable origin. To my own defense the latter was quite some time ago and I never made of habit it.

Yes, I have downloaded one song I bought, just to try iTunes out when that became available in this country.
I have also downloaded songs where I purchased the CD, only to discover the CD itself would only play in some ****** pseudo format when inserted in a computer, and it wouldn't let me rip it.
That made me want to download as much as could illegally. Unfortunately I can't live with the audio quality of lossy formats – especially the poor rips available. So I don't do that. Mostly because of the quality, I'm afraid.
Oh, and I downloaded Trent Reznors Album when that became available. Bought it, and then downloaded it in 24bit/96kHz. Yes! Excellent quality.
Have you ever burned a cd for a friend or had a friend burn a cd for you.
Yes to the first, no to the second. You have to keep in mind, though, that here in Denmark we actually pay a tax on each and every recordable media, so here that is perfectly legal, and the artists still get paid – although in a more complex way.
have you ever burned a DVD or psx xbox or any other game..
No. Not into games, nor film.
However, my gf and I have borrowed a film from time to time from one of our friends. Watched it and gave it back.

That's called "rationalization". It's OK for you to do something, because "everybody else is doing it already".
It's not OK. And not everybody is "doing it".

1. Yes, the Portal Prelude soundtrack. It was free to begin with.
2. Physical media is dead. Don't get caught in the trap of that crap.
3. Yes, I have burned a DVD of a movie that I made with my camcorder, edited in iMovie, and finalized in iDVD.
I think that I win. I signified positive to all of your questions without doing anything illegal.
I have made several Hackintoshes, one for myself and two for others because they didn't know how. The number of retail copies of Leopard purchased was equal to the number of PCs running OS X.
I have unlocked my iPhone.
I have Cider versions of The Orange Box's games. I purchased The Orange Box legitimately and played it in Windows Vista until such time as I could get an OS X version working.
But I wouldn't crack apps from the App Store for which you normally must pay. I also wouldn't steal music. I also wouldn't steal games.

Sure you do. You started this thread, and attempted to start a poll. If you didn't care, you would not have asked the question. Be completely honest, now.
