I seriously sometimes have to drive across the bridge to get half decent service.
Today at 11:45 I walked in and signed up on the standby list for - get this - new headphones for my iphone. Apparently, a "genius" needs to determine if headphones are broken. I thought it would be as simple as plugging them and giving them a listen.
So I was told the wait time was about 15min before I would be helped. So I ran and got a slice of pizza. I came back and waited until 1:15. Yes, I waited an hour and a half for a "genius" to look at my headphones. There was still one person in front of me in line who had been waiting 78 minutes when I arrived, and about 168 minutes when I left. BTW, I left before anyone got to me. I saw a lot of people leaving upset by that rude fat red head.
WOW, Apple Store Emeryville, you really do have great customer service. Glad I live in the ghetto. Anyways, you guys really do suck, and I do mean that.
