Man Records Murder With Cycorder. Apple Won't Allow Footage In Court

I just saw a story on G4TV and CNN about a young man in Toronto who was a witness to a gang shooting murder. He recorded the shooting with his iPhone 3G using Cycorder(only available on jailbroken phones). Apple refuses to allow this footage to be used as credible evidence. Because of this, a 15 year old boy is dead and there are no suspects:(

Apple isn't the law. This isn't even possible for Apple to intervene.

How can apple say what is evidence and what isn't evidence... Usually the court system does that, right?

I saw a report on CNN about 6 weeks ago concerning a UFO that was supposed to hover over the southern hemisphere of the earth and bring about the extinction of man. Seriously, that was on CNN. I mean I've heard that death sells but I think they're grasping at straws now. Plus there was that douchebag who used CNN to file that "iReport" about Jobs having a heart attack which, of course, the gullible masses went for hook, line and sinker causing a drop in Apple's stock price. CNN is worthless trash. And yet it's STILL top notch journalism compared to FOX. :D
