The fact that you are asking this question hints at your lack of knowledge about the game industry.

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Windows only. It's called a ROM, and you need an Emulator to run it. But that's as much as I'll tell you because its illegal.

Nintendo will NEVER release any of its games for use on the computer, especially for free. They have a business interest in keeping their games tied to their consoles only, much like Apple has an interest in tying Mac OSX to Apple-branded computers. Plus, asking for "wares" (hacked commercially available software distributed for free, even if it is out-of-print) is against the forum rules on pretty much EVERY major forum on the internet.
