iDVD2-Can I burn a DVD with no menu?

Greetings,
I recently purchased an iMac with DVD burning capabilities.
I have yet to purchase DVD Studio Pro so all I have to work with is iDVD2.
I'm looking to burn a DVD without any menus or themes or any of that shiznats. All I want is for the DVD to go right to play when I put it in the DVD player.

Any ideas?

Is there a free program out there to do this?
Is it already on my mac?
Is there a Dog?

I personally don't know of any DVDs that don't have a navigation of some kind. I've also never heard of autoplaying DVDs... (hmmm... that just got me thinking... that would be a wonderful feature for the DVD Player! No more previews!) Well, if anyone else here knows about this, I'd love to hear it.
