Suspended eBay account. How can I make a new one?

So about a year ago I really got screwed by eBay. I was selling off text books and "sold" one for around $85. The buyer never paid me and went MIA. I contacted eBay but they did absolutely nothing about this. Then eBay decided to charge me seller fees for a book I never actually sold. I refused to pay the fee and my account was suspended. Today, I tried to sign up for a new account but it was suspended within a few hours for being linked to my old one. Is there any way around this or am I banned from eBay for life?

Are you using the same mailing address, email address, bank account or computer? If so, that's probably how they're linking you.

I don't really know how to help you with this. I guess you could change all of the above and then try again.
