MP3 REcorder Not Working. Need Info

I have a problem with my Supper MP3 Recorder Pro and the vendor will not answer e-mails. The download went well but when i press the BACK button the recorder will not open to let me install the registrstion code. The recorder does not come 100% functional and the code makes it 100% functional. Any one have any idea whats wrong or where can i get help. Does anyone know of a good recorder i could buy from a GOOD vendor ? I don't want to be "taken" again.

When pressing to BACK button the recorder "locks up".

This recorder converts files to MP3 or .wav.

No idea about your MP3 player, sorry. Maybe look at an ipod?

Why would they make you enter a serial keycode? Thats pretty weird. Wait a few more days for reply?
