And the picture on their site is, I'm pretty sure, a copyrighted image. If only I could remember where I've seen it...

I'm amazed people haven't been making interactive content for iPod more before now. Not just games, but anything.

How can I buy a game if I can't even see some images?

I think that picture is from the "Lord of the Rings", but it's a new drawing... so there's no copyright issue...I think
