Was told no CIP video cards in Europe...

Just over a month ago I requested a CIP replacement video card from Apple care. The original call was taken by the Apple people in India. When the part didn't appear within a week I phoned again and got the Irish Apple people. They told me that CIP video cards are not supplied in Europe - only North America. The woman even said she'd double check and she rang me back a day later saying there were definately no CIP cards in Europe. I was given a repair case number and told to take the machine to an Apple service provider....

Guess what's arrived???
