iPhone classic, no. iPhone nano, it is a lot more likely and maybe it will happen in the future. I personally wouldn't buy one, but I can see the market.

I predict the iPhone line of products will be the:

iPhone Touch, iPhone Classic, iPhone Nano and the iPhone shuffle

Actually, if you want to get the most out of the Macrumor's forums, your first instinct should always be to search before you post.

i know you havnt been here long, but there has been at least 4 new thread about the "iPhone Nano" started every single day. It was mildly amusing at first, but now that macworld has come and gone with no announcement, its just starting to get annoying
