Education Powerbook packages

I looked at our regional education web page, and there is an intriguing offer. If you buy any Powerbook (configured in any manner) with Applecare, you can get either a free iSight or $150 off an iPod. You can also get a free printer, or, if I am reading it correctly, a $99 rebate.

Interestingly, the offers both end on March 27th, the same time as a number of other offers.

I was thinking that the End of March is when something big is coming, because the deals that you mention and the Powerbook Trade-in pilot end at about the same time.

I don't know what the release will be (G4 or G5) but I think we will be seeing new Powerbooks right after this dealine.
