I just got back from the theater. Wow, what a story. For all you adventure fans out there, this is a must see.
Incredible story about the power of the human spirit. The man literally clawed his way from certain death. Overcame impossible odds to live.
Break a leg, freeze, fall into a crevasse, go into shock, dehydration, crawl through a glacier, crawl on a glacier, claw through field of boulders, experience delirium, and a journey into ones own mind.
A great cinematic achievement by Kevin MacDonald the director.
And to all armchair adventurers; I would've cut the rope too. If it was me dangling over the edge with no hope of climbing back up. I would've wanted him to cut the rope too so at least one of us had a chance.
