Auto Start In OS X?

Any one know how to auto Start something when a CD is mounted in OS X? I want my index.html file to load up when I put in a CD. It used to work with a simple check box in Toast in OS 9 but it dosent work in OS X. Is there a shell script that I can write that will auto start? An Apple script? I have it working with windows (its a hubrid CD)

I have asked a guy at Apple Belgium, and he also didn't know for sure, but he thought it wasn't possible (yet). Hopefully in OS X 10.2 (when I reboot, I'll try it out in Jaguar).
