Hi,
I was wondering if there is anyway to make X mount drives when you login (using smb://hostname/share)?
I have a Win2000 filesever which has a dedicated mac share that I would like to mount at login rather than hving to do it manually every time I login.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

An Applescript placed in your Login Items in System Prefs might do ti...but I'm no expert in Applescript.

A search in VersionTracker brought up these results:
http://www.versiontracker.com/mp/new_search.m?productDB=mac&mode=Quick&OS_Filter=MacOSX&search=mount
The only apps that exist are for Appleshare or AFP servers only...
It seems that you will have to find someone good with Applescript, afterall...

Hey, this might be your opportunity to try it out...if you're so inclined.;)
At least it's based on real language:

ARGH! ...really, I don't think so, I can't be asked to learn a new language just to mount a drive :p
I guess i'll just have to do it manually :(
