Hey Guys!

Seems to be a sort of popular culture with macs. The unboxing
Normaly i would post some pictures of my iMac unboxing but i didnt take any:p

Haha okay here we go.

First day I got it. Hooked it up to my 19" benq display so I could work it :D

A few months and hardware upgrades later, Notice the change of desks.

And my present laptop, fully equipped with a screen :D (the screen is white, notice the keyboard) And I have a whole new setup in my new room :D I'm only 14, but hey I sure do know how to fix up a computer for under $250AUD (thats how much the computer cost me.)

MattyK, how did you attach a monitor to the MB? What kind of cable did you buy or what did you wire it into? Did you have to cut cables?

As its a stock MB with no Monitor.

a Mini DVI - DVI or VGA I Guess, like every other person who has a monitor plugged into theyre MB. :p

Cool Idea though, and i do want to do this with a MacBook Pro, find one with a Broken Screen, remove it, and you have an awesome PC in a Keyboard, and it has a battery incase the power is pulled!

^^ Awesome. I should have taken some photos of my unboxing - it came in a plain brown box that said "Apple Certified Refurbished Product" on the side, but it would have been cool.

Refurb is the way to go. They are already knocking off $300 for refurb MBP.
