Hi
I was wondering if there was a way of easily and quickly disconnecting and reconnecting to my home network on my mac? There are 5 macs on the home network, I haven't set it up or anything, they just connect and appear in the finder when switched on and connected to the internet. Which is how it should be I think. Also can I do this without disconnecting my internet connection to that computer?
Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Where is your problem? You think that it is how it should be but you want want to reconnect to your network without disconnecting from the internet?

Sorry I probably wasn't very clear and I should have said why I want to do this.
1. I am going to buy Aperture 2, but another member of my family will be using it while I do, so we will both be using.
2. Problem: While connected through a home network two computers can't be running the same copy of Aperture.
3. To fix this I want to simply be able to disconnect from my home network so it can't recognize two copies are running in the household.
4. I want to be able to disconnect from the home network while still being able to use the internet.
Hope thats clearer.

That's a violation of the License Agreement, unless it's a notebook and a desktop, both owned by you. If you want two people to use Aperture, buy two copies.

C.
