Installous/Hackulous Problem

I am have 2 problems here, one is that almost everything in installous has been pulled from downloading. Anyone else having this dilemma, My second thing is that the apps i can find downloadability on will not open when.

Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem

Please don't ask for help about installous. Infact, don't mention anything about pirating apps. It's not allowed here. Sorry, you'll have to go elsewhere.
