Hi All

Am having a problem using the AA guns when meeting up with the British troops near the beginning of the game - the gun won't fire so that I can't kill the tank which means I can't get anywhere!

When I press fire the aa gun icon lights up red but no shots are fired - there is plenty of ammo (1000), have tried R to reload but still nothing happens!

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Simon

Thanks for replying.

Unfortunately, it just closes down the game for me!

Strap yourself with frag grenades and run pull all the pins at once. Via con dios mi compadre.

When firing the AA guns you have to hold down for a second or two to allow the guns to warm up before it will start firing. Simply clicking fire once will not fire the weapon. When holding down the fire button(mouse) you will hear a loud whirring noise complete with the AA icon lighting up red and then it will fire.

Excellent! Thanks very much - simple really!

One can only hope that things will come full circle and those who reply with smartass responses will be met with the same sarcasm when they pose a question.

<COMMAND> <OPTION> <ESC>, followed by <ENTER> would do better.....
Any reason to, agreenster?

Luckily Gymnut does want to help a fellow member.

Sheesh, it was just a joke.

Now I'm a big smartass with bad karma. Sucks to be me! :)

If it was intent to be a joke no harm no foul but understand that if you cannot provide help or a reasonable explanation it's not really productive to post.

Boy, talk about stating the obvious. Thanks for that. Without your explanation, I dont think I ever would have "understood" what an unproductive post was.

You saved the day.

Glad I could be of service :p Ohh.. and by the way that was sarcasm since it's obvious the obvious certainly escapes your grasp.

You actually wasted your time searching through my posts to find something to make fun of me with?

God dude. Get a life.

Oh, and by the way, I finally figured it out on my own and it had nothing to do with html, it had everything to do with how you format the quicktime file.

If you have to say "I was just kidding!" then you really aren't very good at kidding, are you?

Well, actually my first post of, "Press Apple - Q, that always works for me" wouldn't have been nearly as effective if I would have said "just kidding" right afterward. I was playing a joke on the guy. It was supposed to sound real.

Sensitive people! Sheesh!

Uhh yeah, it took all of 5 seconds to find that. If that's what you mean, yeah I wasted all of 5 seconds on YOU. In any case it was meant to prove a point which obviously you missed. Perhaps it is you who should be the one getting a life. Mine's already too busy to further bother with someone the likes of you. Here's a tip for you: "Let it go.."
