I don't believe Windows 7 is "better" than OSX but I do believe Windows 7 is faster than Leopard. This is mainly because Windows 7 is the next generation OS which "should" be faster (wasn't the case for Vista) and it should be compared to Snow Leopard, not to Leopard.

Not really.

Windows 7 is okay, it improved on many of the things people hated Vista for. Nevertheless, in my mind their is no significant way they could have improved Vista. Vista had to be the whipping boy to allow Windows to advance.

Windows 7 still features a terribly inconsistent GUI (still elements of 95 in there, contextual right click menus for one), still has the registry, DLL hell etc. Mind you, we can't say anything until Snow Leopard arrives before we make a judgement.

And thats about as unbiased answer you're going to get on here, now go away, we don't like trolls.

OSX vs Windows 7 is an opinion. Everyone's gonna have different opinions and almost no one would have the same option as the other guy.

This post is wasteland. There's no question involved here except the OP's opinion that OSX is better then Windows 7 with no real argument statements.

and by the way: When the Windows 7beta is coming out, we may be using OS XII or something like that - i hope that, in my young age, I willsee the introduction of Windows 7.

Theyre working on every Windows for about a decade and everytime it's getting worse.. yuck!!
