Hey everyone. I'm trying to help out my brother here. He is in the process of changing his company logo due to confusion he's gotten from the average person. I feel he should keep it the way it is. Could anyone just take a look at the current log design and give me, in as few words as possible, what it is you think his profession is? Thanks everybody.

Please post an image of the logo... This is the main reason they canceled my psychic hotline...

You'll be hearing from my lawyer. Anyone can see that it's a direct copy of one my logos.

This is the one Pepsi threw out when they were going over their redesign. No wonder.
...on second thoughts, mebbe it would've been better than the one they're now using.

Bah, I'd go with an outerglow.

Here's another revision:
Notice how I've redone it in Comic Sans, added a subtle rainbow gradient, a dropshadow, "wet floors" and the uber emboss which is nicely offset by a starburst :D

Not Pepsi, it was Coke Zero. The ad looked exactly like this:
Just brilliant. Really moving. Captivating.

You sure it wasn't for the mid 90's classic, Crystal Clear Pepsi. Their original looked a lot like this:

Figure I should throw in my revision:
I know what you are thinking, it looks exactly the same. Not true. If you look closely you will see that I have added a great amount of detail so when it is used on billboards it will be AMAZING.

My revision rules.
A 300-dpi 600mb animated flashing, rotating, pulsing gif. Ohhhh yeeeeaahhh:
See, I'd knew you'd love it. And it doesn't take a second to load as I put some clever compression into it :cool
ps. I knew you fellow designers would spot it, with your keen eyes. I threw in some un-anti alaised oblique Comic Sans MS in there. Finishing touch.

It took me an hour to find the right font, but here's what I came up with...
Color:
B&W:
Upside-down:
Perhaps it's too busy. I might try again later with a clean slate.

Hell no - I have copyright on my un-anti aliased oblique comic sans ms! :D
And my flashing, rotating, pulsing gif is pure original creative inspiration. I can show you my ideas I came up during my 5 hour brainstorming session to prove it:

I was inspired late last night after having worked hard all day. After a hit of fish tranquilizers and absinthe I came up with the following:
I know. I know. How *did* I do that?!?!
