What's with the IDEA carrier icon? Also, are you an official developer?

A little appreciation would have been nice... What do you get out of attacking the OP?
Thanks for the screenshots! Looks great!

this is true

I doubt that Apple will actually follow through with a lawsuit or other action against people who violate...far too many people
they will just kick you out of the dev program/keep your 100 bucks
and I believe that several people with 3.0 are only in the dev program to get 3.0
however, once kicked out of the dev program, you can't get updates for the 3.0 software
and its time based
without the updates, your phone bricks
so your phone will soon become useless

I get my favorite forum not facing legal action because it hosted images covered by a NDA, thats what I freakin get.

Odds are the posts made him realize he was violating the NDA, not Apple itself contacting him.

Why doesn't Engadget remove these photos already? They have been posted for hours and no one has done anything about it.

Just a question...how is Apple going to hunt him down for posting those pictures? They're bound to get out eventually and how are they going to know that the pictures are from him?

Well, Engadget most likely didn't sign any NDA, so if they have pictures from somewhere it isn't really their problem, but rather the person who gave them the pictures/access to the firmware (ie the dev who did sign the NDA).
But if they themselves have a dev account and are putting up pics, then yes, they are opening themselves up to be sued.
