Internet Party?

Here at Halifax (the student housing complex i'm living in in germany), our annual 'big' party has just started on the lawn between the buildings. It's a little quiet at the moment, but give it an hour or two and we should have a couple of thousand people out there. We have around 4700 litres of beer to get through..... :D

Where was that "macs and drunkards" thread again? :p

This *might* just be a rather fun evening! Time to wipe away the sorrow of this morning ;)

We should make this interactive.......... we give you a description of a lady from what we view at the party site... and you have to go and try and pull them with your irresistible English charms......... :D

It's an annual event. It's just gone 8 O'clock in the evening, and the party is expected to last until circa 6am. Unfortunately the music has to be turned down a little after midnight, or else the neighbours complain (damn wet blankets! :mad:).

Beer is €1.50
Around 2500 came last year. They're expecting the same again this year.
The weather is just perfect (as you can see from the pictures). It was sunny earlier, so the air is just slightly dry, and warm enough for the señoritas to wear little :D

btw, if you click on either of the pictures, you get a larger image.

I'll be going down in about 45 mins, when it's livened up a little (plus i'm busy working my way through a bottle of wine to get me started. It's cheaper.....), and then:

I hope you didn't get a view of me ;) One of the webcams has been taken down, but one is still intact...... that was quite some party! Cleanup starts in a couple of hours, once people have had time to nurse sore heads :p

Fortunately that wasn't David Hasselhoff. It was a student group. Rather weird though; one of the lead singers (male) was wearing a skirt :eek:

I'm very disapointed that Michael Knight err... David Hasselhoff wasn't there....... I mean what kind of party doesn't have David Hasselhoff perfoming live???? :eek: :p :p

It's been done, and is really cool to watch :)

At the moment it's two mpeg's, each over 100MB. I'll see if i can cut them down in size a little, and host on them on my apple homepage :D
