Need Audio Converter App

I need an application that can convert copyrighted music to mp3s. Would be nice if it could convert copyrighted videos as well, but I mostly just need the audio. I was using Tunebite and I've heard of a program called Soundtaxi...but it appears they both only work with Windows.

Any suggestions one what app could do what I'm looking for.
