Brand new, this costs well over $2000 for all that is included, now you can have it for far cheaper

The laptop is a 12" Apple powerbook 867mhz G4. I have upgraded the warranty to the 3 year and the ram from 256 to 640 which is the max. The computer has bluetooth built in, DVD/CD-RW built in as well as 32mb video. I will reinstall the operating system and run all updates before shipping. I will also install my copy of Microsoft Office for Macs V.X on the computer, but those disks are not included. Computer purchased in December 2003 and used since then. I have the extended warranty paperwork which reflects the purchase date and end date of the warranty.
Computer is very clean, the only noticeable marks are on the computer's underside from placing on a table. I will provide detailed pictures to those that are interrested.

Online referrences under littlezipp for both heatware and ebay.

EDIT 4/19/04: Now $1250 shipped. Any reasonable offer will be taken...

Bump. Just curious, why is there so little interest in this?

well, for one, brand new $1599 PB you are talking about is rev. B with 1 GHz G4, 256 soldered MB RAM, etc. Rev. A you got is worth less than that. (and you bought it after Rev. B came out, so didn't you pay less than $1599 for this to begin with? maybe there was a price drop...)

also, if you are not going to include the CDs, you can't count installed copy of Office as a part of the package. panther adds no value because if someone bought a new machine now, it would be included in the price.

just pointing out a few things since you asked. good luck with your sale.

I think the interest level is low becuase you're asking too much. This is a first gen book (the $1500 comparable price you list is for a new 1 Gig). The card and ram are nice, but I was watching comparable powerbooks with airport cards go for about $1100 on ebay last week. Now, in light of the updates allegedly coming on Tuesday, I think it'll go for less. Good luck selling it!

Thanks for the comments, I do appreciate it. Never re-sold a mac before so not sure how you guys do it.
Is applecare not considered worth anything though?
How about $1250 shipped for laptop with applecare sound and everything else but airport?
Like I have said before, shoot me offers.
