These are some more recent pics, my family moved in, in November but I have been away at UNI. In the old thread I laughed about getting a Japanese garden but it turns out we've got something quite interesting going on in the front using left over ventilation shafts. (Don't ask, I wasn't consulted)

BTW the siding/cladding is called fermacell, I think someone was asking about it.

It has a really cool heat exchange system so only the bathrooms are heated and it extracts that heat and from the kitchen and uses it to heat fresh air being pumped into the other rooms.

the deck, well, its become a bit of a joke around here. "Look at the size of his deck" and "Will's go the biggest deck out of all of us" And when the ladies come round "wow its so huuuge!"

oh and before you wonder, its not there as a substitute for anything! :p

That's killer. The sun rises right thru my bedroom window unfortunately, so I get woken up every morning by it.

As for the huge deck...I'm not touching that one... ; )
